Toronto plans a controversial experiment in bike infrastructure planning this summer when they flip two lanes of car traffic over to dedicated, barriered bikes lanes. Peter Stock speaks to Yvonne Bambrick of the Toronto Cyclists Union to better understand the pros and cons of bike lane planning and where else this model has been attempted.
