Ontario recently found that its popular Feed-In Tarrif (FIT) was a little too popular, and had to make some quick adjustments. Naomi Jehlicka speaks with Don McCabe of the Ontario Federation of Agriculture about what the changes will mean for the small-scale generators that he represents.
