Cirque du Soleil is a global institution of entertainment. Their eight key characteristics are acrobatic performance, acting, multi-culturalism, imaginary worlds, dance, daring dexterity and grace. However today Gil Favreau the social action and responsibility for Cirque adds a ninth, environmental sustainability. Gil joins us to talk about the York University Staging Sustainability conference and ecoconsciousness within the Cirque mentality.
