Dr. James Hanson head of the NASA space Goddard institute and professor at Columbia University is as close to a rock star as climate scientists can get. Dr. Hanson recently did a TED talks (if you haven’t heard of TED Talks I urge you to get out from under that rock you’ve been under and check them out), where he explains a new plan he’s championing to deal with climate change and why he feels he has to talk about climate change at the determent to his professional work at NASA.
