Sporadic posts as of late. Much happening including a revision to the site layout/architecture. Need some variety for my web portfolio and I would like to try out some of the things I have been learning. Pretty mush spent the entire month of July reading… digesting and planning while enjoying the new house.

Came accross this quote in while bouncing around the web:

Technology changes how we do things. It doesn’t change what we do. Ain’t no technology that’s gonna do that for us. Wanna better world? Be better people.

If you want the context within which is was used, it’s here but I think it says a lot on its own as well. From the enviro/sustainability/green slant I think it speaks to the importance of the social part of the equation. While ideas like this are cool and innovative a lot more positive change can come from a few simple actions on the part of many.
